Children who are placed in residential care have been severely traumatised, and the implication is that it has a direct impact on psychosocial well-being of child youth workers work with vulnerable children daily. How perform their daily tasks impacted upon can even lead to emotional burnout. The aim study was quantitatively investigate relationship between supervision workers. Seventy-seven (CYCW) were purposefully sampled for this study. Three questionnaires used collect data. IBM SPSS version 25 software analyze In some cases, there small effect size, yet seems ethnicity, gender, marital status, income influence CYCW. also shows connection CYCW received those did not receive supervision.
